I usually drink Meiko because I can order a larger tin at a better value, but this time I splurged a bit to try something new. No regrets here! I will note that Matsu clumps a little more than Meiko, as others have mentioned. But that's really not an issue for me. I prepare my matcha as iced lattes with soymilk, and Matsu is bold and a bit robust, creating a creamy latte with strong green tea flavor.
